ROLE :
Responsible for matters pertaining to financial management, administration and development projects of the Ministry.
FUNCTIONS :
-
Coordinating and managing the allocation of management and development budgets.
- Managing office facilities, cleanliness and maintenance of the Ministry.
- Monitoring the implementation of the Ministry's/Agencies' development projects.
- Managing library matters and affairs.
- Managing matters pertaining to general administration.
- Coordinating and implementing related financial and administrative regulations.
- Secretariat to the following committees:
- Financial and Account Committee;
- Asset Committee;
- MS ISO 9001:2008 Implementation Committee; and
- Development Projects Committee.
- Coordinating matters pertaining to procurement, tenders and quotations.
- Managing the employees’ vehicle and computer loan applications.
